We use Bpost mail and DHL to send most of our worldwide orders.

Normally (depending on choice of courier) homedelivery takes about 1-2 days.

Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. Bpost/DHL currently does not deliver on weekends.

Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic shipping system. For any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

This period commences on the day after the product was delivered to or received on behalf of the consumer. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of cancellation, he is obliged to inform Wolf Clothing Brand, via e-mail, before returning the product. During this period the Consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. If he wishes to exercise his right of cancellation, then he will return the product with the relevant return documents and (in as far as this is reasonably possible) in the original state and packaging.
